So I’ve recently gotten into watching Stargate SG1 but I have already seen all of Stargate Atlantis (I know SG1 is first but I was too distracted by a sexy Jason Momoa). Anyways, I was trying to find which order they should be watched so I can pick up on the references between them that I would have missed by watching Atlantis first. Eventually I found which order they should be watched, but just for a quick reference I want to put it here 🙂

Stargate SG1 Season 1 Episode 1 – to – Season 8 Episode 2
Stargate Atlantis Season 1 Episode 1 – to – Season 1 Episode 15
Stargate SG1 Season 8 Episode 3 – to – Season 8 Episode 20
Stargate Atlantis Season 1 Episode 16 – to – Season 2 Episode 1
Stargate SG1 Season 9 Episode 1 – to – Season 10 Episode 2
Stargate Atlantis Season 2 Episode 2 – to – Season 3 Episode 4
Stargate SG1 Season 10 Episode 3 – to – Season 10 Episode 12
Stargate Atlantis Season 3 Episode 5 – to – Season 3 Episode 19
Stargate SG1 Season 10 Episode 13 – to – Season 10 Episode 20
Stargate: The Ark of Truth (2008)

If you really don’t want to watch them chronologically, then I’d suggest you watch the original Stargate (1994) movie, Stargate SG1, Stargate Atlantis, The Ark of Truth (2008), Continuum (2008) and then Stargate Universe.
